Future for Children ++ aims to raise awareness among sport organizations, politicians and other policymakers involved in sports-based social inclusion interventions through a European-based coach education programme for youth sport, examining the feasibility and effectiveness of the programme as an approach to educating grassroots coaches and disseminating the evidenced-based principles of good coaching practice and project findings.
The project creates added value by a three-fold strategy:
- The promotion of the best practices in all participating Member States in order for EU citizen to benefit from the state of the art best practices
- Focus on cross-border threats in order to reduce risks and mitigate their consequences
- Networking as a tool for disseminating results to all Member States
