    Europe has been rocked by heat waves. And as in other practices, physical exercise must be practiced with some precautions on hotter days.
    The Portuguese National Health Service indicates 6 precautions to be taken on hot days:
    – Avoid peak hours
    – Use sunscreen
    – Hydrate
    – Wear light, light-colored clothing, not forgetting sunglasses and a hat.
    – Arrange for company in case you experience any unwanted symptoms
    – And listen to your body to know your limits
